The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has urged Ukrainians not to visit a number of dangerous countries, State Secretary Andriy Zayats said on Twitter.
"Once again, we are requesting that Ukrainians not visit dangerous countries such as Libya, Syria, Yemen, Somalia, and Russia. Our consuls stationed there have a limited capacity to help, although they do the impossible," Zayats said.
