As reported, the JCCC is a consultative and expert body that comprises of Ukrainian and Russian high-ranked military officers settling the armed conflict in Donbas. JCCC Ukrainian co-chair Maj. Gen. Borys Kremnytsky and a group of officers checked the Centre’s command post in Lysychansk and the Novotoshkivske observation post during their recent working trip to the Luhansk region. They monitored the adherence of the ceasefire regime and inspected the living and working conditions of personnel. "The conflicting sides have been observing the truce in the Lysychansk area since September 1. In fact, this sector has been one of the calmest along the entire contact line for a long time," said Borys Kremntytsky.
