Militants violate ceasefire nine times for past 24 hours

"The situation in the ATO area remained stable yesterday's evening. The Russian-backed formations continued sporadic shelling of Ukrainian positions. Today, September 16, no shelling was recorded along the demarcation line from midnight to 6:00.
