Poroshenko, Georgian President Margvelashvili sure Ukraine, Georgia will restore territorial integrity

"The parties have said they are confident that Ukraine and Georgia will certainly restore their territorial integrity," the president's press service reported on the results of the conversation. Poroshenko said he greatly appreciates Georgia's consistent and comprehensive support for Ukraine and confirmed the steady position of Ukraine on finding a solution to the conflict in Georgia based on the principles and rules of international law, and support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country within its internationally recognized borders. In turn, Margvelashvili expressed his solidarity and support for the Ukrainian people. "There are a few topics on which we have common views, but the comprehensive support of Ukraine and your people has consolidated Georgian society," Margvelashvili said. Poroshenko expressed his gratitude for the provision of humanitarian assistance by Georgia to Ukraine and the rehabilitation of children from the Anti-Terrorist Operation zone and wounded Ukrainian servicemen in Georgia.
