NATO secretary general calls for implementation of Minsk accords

Stoltenberg and Oleksandr Turchynov, secretary of the Ukrainian security council, signed a roadmap of the partnership program on strategic communications between the NATO International Secretariat and Ukraine’s security council. The program is aimed at implementing comprehensive support for Ukraine in the strategic communications sector, particularly to counteract Russian propaganda and inform the public of the ongoing events in Ukraine.
