Ukraine is not asking for offensive weapons, it needs to protect itself from nuclear power - PM Yatseniuk

"We have never asked for offensive weapons but we need to protect our state, we need to protect peace, calm, and stability, including those in Europe. We need defence capacities against the nuclear power which has spent tens of billions of dollars on modernizing its army and intimidating the entire civilized world," Yatseniuk said.
