The members of the European Parliament of International from the Trade and Legal affairs committees will pay visit to Kyiv on September 24-25, Ukrinform reports. "The 11-MEP-strong delegation will meet with Verkhovna Rada (Ukrainian Parliament) members responsible for Foreign Affairs, European Integration legal policy and justice economic policy," the European Parliament press office reports. The discussions held during the visit will touch upon the impact of the EU Trade Preferences on Ukrainian exports and use of the funds from the EU macro-financial assistance, judicial reform process, and cooperation in the field of private international law. MEPs will also examine how the European Parliament could assist the local judicial authorities to create better links and relations with the EU.
