Mogherini, Timmermans, Tusk discuss situation in Donbas with UN Secretary-General

On Sunday, the UN Secretary-General met with President of the European Council Donald Tusk, First Vice-President of the European Commission Frans Timmermans and EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini. The parties discussed the situation in Ukraine, including the implementation of the Minsk agreements.
