Kyiv court terminates two Communist parties

“On September 3, the District Administrative Court of Kyiv issued rulings on the claims submitted by the Justice Ministry of Ukraine against the Communist Party of Ukraine and the Communist Party of Workers and Farmers, according to which the demands are fully satisfied and the activity of the mentioned parties is prohibited,” the court’s press service reported. The Communist Party of Ukraine filed an appeal against the Justice Ministry’s decree. The case on this is to be considered by the court on October 8.
