OSCE: Militants withdraw weapons where they want

“The Special Monitoring Mission is still visiting places of heavy weapons storage from the both sides of the demarcation line. The situation is still unsatisfactory, as there are cases when there are no weapons in the depots of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, as well as in the depots of the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic,” he said. According to him, representatives of the mass media several times recorded heavy weapons at improper places.
