Ukrainian Foreign Ministry asks Russia to help OSCE monitors access entire Donbas territory

"We are urging Russia to immediately stop any actions hindering free movement of the OSCE SMM," Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maryana Betsa said at a press briefing. She also said that Kyiv was calling on Russia to ensure security and access of international observers, in particular to the border with Russia, as agreed at the meeting of the 'Normandy Four' leaders in Paris on October 2.
