State Budget 2016 to be considered in early December

This week the Cabinet will not submit to the Verkhovna Rada a draft budget for 2016, but promises to do so after December 2, Vice Prime Minister Vyacheslav Kyrylenko said at the conciliatory council meeting in the Parliament. He explained that before submitting the draft budget for the Parliment's consideration the Cabinet should reach "common vision of new tax system" because, he said, tax reform remains single obstacle on the way for approval of the 2016 budget.
