Lawyers defending Ukrainian pilot and people's deputy Nadiya Savchenko will not challenge the decision of the Russian court of first instance, whatever it may be.
It was stated by one of the lawyers Ilya Novikov.
According to the lawyer, Nadiya Savchenko herself insists on this, believing that there is no chance to seek justice in the Russian court.
Savchenko is accused in Russia of allegedly murdering two Russian journalists and illegal border crossing.
Defence of the Ukrainian pilot is trying to prove that at the time of the death of Russian reporters Savchenko was already taken captive by militants in Lugansk , who then forced her return backwards to Russia.
