There are no agreed plans or telephone consultations going on in the Normandy format for the implementation of the Minsk agreements, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin said. According to him, the parties' representatives will soon hold videoconference, and then determine the format and the next round of negotiations. According to the minister, by now it is clear that the talks in Minsk have not brought tangible results, and therefore, to have the "Normandy Quartet" meeting to be more effective, it is necessary to thoroughly prepare for it. In addition, said Pavel Klimkin, is worthwhile to think about how to get Russia to fulfil at least the Minsk Agreements signed by it. Then we can talk about the next steps to resolve the situation in the Donbass, said the head of foreign policy department.
