Three working groups of the Tripartite contact group for settlement of the situation in Donbas - for security, economic and humanitarian issues - began talks in Minsk, the press service of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry reported.
Meeting of the Contact Group for Donbas is scheduled for December 22.
Spokesperson for Representative of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma Darka Olifer reported that among the key issues of discussion - the situation with the observance of the truce in the conflict area and report on releasing of prisoners.
