Surkov, Volker to meet behind closed doors in Minsk

The Belarusian Foreign Ministry has confirmed that United States Special Representative for Ukraine Negotiations Kurt Volker and Russian presidential aide Vladislav Surkov will meet in Minsk on August 21.

This was informed by Belarusian Foreign Ministry spokesman Dmitry Mironchik.
