Energy efficiency agency reports on reduction in gas consumption in Ukraine

“The budget sphere, Teplokomunenergo, population in the Ukrainian government-controlled territories over the two years have reduced gas consumption by 5.8 billion cubic meters. According to him, the reduction in natural gas consumption totaled 2.3 billion cubic meters, or 10% in 2014, while in 2015 it reached 16%. “How did we manage to receive such results?
