They received financial aid by documents that ilegally certify their status, said Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk.
The whole scheme was made to enable fraudsters to get documents of citizens who reside in territory controlled by Ukraine, to claim social protection pretending to be temporarily displaced persons and to receive funds from the state budget.
By March 4 names of those who receive social benefits in violation of the law will be deleted from the list of the displaced persons.
