A decree transferring servicemen who were called up for duty during the so-called fourth wave of the partial mobilization campaign to the reserve was published in the government's Uriadovy Kurier newspaper on Tuesday, March 29, and came into force.
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko signed a decree on the demobilization of servicemen of the fourth wave of the partial mobilization campaign on March 25, 2016.
A total of 45,000 servicemen who were called up for duty in line with a July 21, 2014 decree and a January 14, 2015 decree will be transferred to the reserve.
