The story with Panamanian offshore companies is not Ukrainian, but the global problem, said the head of the EU Delegation to Ukraine Ian Tombinski. Speaking about the scandal with the President of Ukraine, he said that he will not comment, because there is no specific arguments on this issue.
According to the investigation of journalists of the "Center of investigation of corruption and organized crime", based on documents from a law firm "Mossack Fonseca" in Panama, President of Ukraine Poroshenko founded three offshore asset management companies, including confectionery corporation "Roshen", without specifying details of these assets in his property declarations.
At the same time Attorney General's Office said they did not see "the offense" in the information on the existence of offshore companies of Petro Poroshenko.
