Is it possible to restore social payments in occupied territories

Restoring of social payments, including pensions, in the occupied territories is possible only after full implementation of the Minsk agreements and the restoration of the territorial integrity of Ukraine. As the Vice-Prime Minister Pavlo Rozenko said , a person can receive social assistance and pension from Ukraine only in case of living in the territory controlled by Kyiv. The new Minister of Social Policy Andrey Reva said that the inhabitants of the occupied territories are eligible for payment, regardless of place of registration.
