“Ministers may complain about a number of documents on their desks, and they 60-70 percent of their time review these documents which nobody needs. This is a challenge for the system change. On August 15, we are switching to the [system of] electronic document circulation among central executive governing bodies,” Sayenko said at a press conference dedicated to the first100 days of Government led by Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman, Ukrinform reports. He added that the Cabinet of Ministers also introduced a system monitoring component. “We’ve introduced a system monitoring component so as to reduce document circulation [the amount of documents] and procedures in the system,” the minister said.
