“We will not block any issues on the energy efficiency. We will apply efforts so that Ukraine can become an energy efficient country,” Groysman said at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on Friday, Ukrinform reports. He added that a relevant tool will be included into the budget policy for 2017.
