Experts of the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC) note increased number of instances of shelling in Donbas from heavy artillery and mortars at civilian objects.
Usually they use artillery firing on residential neighborhoods to create public dissatisfaction with the actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, said in the press center ATO headquarters. According to observers, the average daily use of mortars and artillery systems by mercenaries ranges from 36 - 67 instances.
