Militants in Donbas do not observe Minsk agreements

Militants over past 24 hours of the day have twice opened fire with small arms and grenade launchers at our military positions near Popasna. This was reported in the press service of the Luhansk military and civil administration. According to the region's head Yuri Klimenko, Ukrainian soldiers strictly observe the ceasefire and do not respond to provocations of the enemy.
