Frank-Walter Steinmeier says of new rules of truce in Donbas

German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said about preparation with the participation of the OSCE of a new document, aimed at restoring peace in Donbas. German Foreign Minister has expressed dissatisfaction with the implementation of the Minsk agreement by Russia as well as by Ukraine, and said that the level of security in the Donbass,remains "really insufficient". The work to prepare new rules to preserve the truce in eastern Ukraine is currently under way. The document will be ready over a few weeks, Steinmeier said, while not specifying what is meant.
