This was announced by Parliament Speaker Andriy Paruby at a meeting of the Conciliation Board of the Verkhovna Rada (Ukrainian Parliament).
On September 6 the fifth session of the eighth convocation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will begin its work. Under the Constitution, on the opening day of the new session the President has to make his annual address.
