This was stated in Mariupol by First Deputy Chairman of the Special Monitoring Mission Alexander Hug. According to him, on September 15 - the day of announcement of another truce, the situation has stabilized, the number of attacks and their intensity has decreased, although observers fix the violations in particular in Donetsk and Mariupol directions.
