Positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Donbas have been shelled 30 times in the past 24 hours, the press center of the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) said .
Twenty-one provocations against the Ukrainian military were recorded near the city of Mariupol, where large-caliber machineguns, grenade launchers and small arms were used against the Ukrainian army's fortifications in the vicinity of Maryinka, and 82mm and 120mm mortars were fired in Krasnohorivka, 122mm and 152mm cannon artillery weapons were used in Vodyane.
Ukrainian military positions came under fire five times in the Donetsk region, where machine guns, grenade launchers and infantry fighting vehicles were fired in Luhanske, and 82mm and 120mm mortars were used in Avdiyivka.Four violations of the ceasefire were recorded in Luhansk region, the press center said. Small arms, machineguns and grenade launchers were used against the outskirts of Novozvanivka and Novooleksandrivka, and 82mm mortars were also used by militants in Stanytsia Luhanska, the press center said.
