The OSCE Monitoring Mission announces the increase of attacks in Donbas. This is stated in the report of the mission dated October 18. In particular, observers recorded more than 500 explosions in the Donetsk region and more than 20 in the Luhansk region.
Shellings occurred on both sides of the confrontation line, the OSCE said. OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) reiterates that they have limited access to the withdrawal zone of forces and equipment in Petrivske/Bohdanivka on the demarcation line in Donbas due to the absence of security guarantees.
