Trilateral contact group on Ukraine begins meeting in Minsk

During the last Normandy Four meeting the leaders of Ukraine, France, Germany and Russia agreed on the need to create a "road map" of implementation of the Minsk agreements.

According to official Kyiv, the main thing is to get Russia to meet its commitments of all Minsk agreements, including the schedule and responsibility for implementation. Kyiv also insists that political issues can not be performed before security-related conditions are ensured.
