Natural gas transit to Europe via Ukraine grew by 22%

“We expect that we’ll reach 80 billion cubic meters by the end of the year,” President of Ukrtransgaz Igor Prokopiv said. According to official data, 8.5 billion cubic meters of gas were transported in November, which is 46% more than in the same period last year. In the past two days, the daily volume of gas transit to Europe through the territory of Ukraine exceeded 300 million cubic meters of natural gas.
