Foreign Ministry urges Ukrainians not to travel to Libya

"We stress once again the need to refrain from trips to Libya, given difficult security situation and inability of the Libyan authorities to ensure security and law and order in the country. We also remind of limited opportunities of consular protection in emergency situations on the territory of Libya since the Ukrainian diplomatic institution is located in Tunisia," the report says.
