The Cabinet of Ministers has established an interdepartmental commission, which will review the use of UAH 3.8 billion allocated for the recovery of Donetsk and Luhansk regions in 2016.
These funds were provided to the Donetsk and Luhansk military and civil administrations by means of the remnants of the local budgets of settlements, where the public authorities temporarily do not exercise their powers.
