PACE plans to consider settlement of armed conflict in Donbas

The settlement of the armed conflict in east Ukraine is on the agenda of the winter session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, which begins in Strasbourg on January 23. During its meetings the PACE plans to address issues,such as the functioning of democratic institutions in Ukraine and Turkey, the Syrian crisis, attacks against journalists in Europe, ways of dealing with cyber discrimination and online hatred.
