Prime Minister Vladimir Groisman is expected to be in Brussels on February 9 to take part in the event dedicated to discussing of reforms in Ukraine. It is organized by the political foundation "Martins Center".
In particular, it is planned to discuss how the eastern european EU member states can assist in the modernization of Ukraine and whether changes in relations between the US and Russia will affect democratization in Ukraine.
