Issue of UN peacekeepers in Donbas remains relevant – Yeliseyev

"Since the proposal to send the OSCE armed mission has stalled, we hope that perhaps debate will be resumed on the previous initiative of deploying a UN peacekeeping mission to Donbas. We believe that this option should be also considered," Yeliseyev said. He noted that consideration of this issue at the United Nations would be a kind of test for the Russian Federation, "if it, in fact, seeks to respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine."
