OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Dzannier condemned the Russian President's decision on recognition of DPR/LPR identification and other documents issued by the militants in the occupied territories. He said that this will hinder the strengthening of the truce in the Donbas.
In his view, this is a step backward from the goal to stop the war. Dzannier stressed that the recognition of such so-called "documents" means the recognition of those who issue them.
