For the transit of goods across the disengagement line with the temporarily occupied territories of Donbas the SBU (Security Service of Ukraine) last year issued 96,000 permits, and only 4,000 of them were related to coal. DPR, LPR heads in a joint stament warned Kyiv that unless the blockade is lifted on March 1 they will appoint external management at every enterprise under Ukrainian jurisdiction operating in the DPR and the LPR.The DPR and LPR would also stop coal supply to Kyiv, the statement says.
