The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission expressed readiness to promote the regime of silence for conducting repair works to restore Donetsk filtration plant. A regular shelling of the station led to stop of its work.
OSCE observers are willing to promote a "window of silence" for repair, but this should be preceded by the withdrawal of heavy weapons from the front line. Due to damaged power lines Avdiyivka again remained without electricity and water. Damaged power line connects Avdeevka, Donetsk Coke and filter station.
