Current situation doesn’t contribute to success of Minsk process - OSCE

Sajdik stressed that recent events only aggravated tensions between the warring sides and had an adverse effect on the process of mutual rapprochement and cooperation. According to him, the Contact Group at its sitting discussed security issues, the observance of ceasefire, implementation of an agreement on heavy weapons removal, measures to protect vitally important civil infrastructure facilities. The Contact Group also discussed the issues of release of Donbas captives and protection of civilians, especially children.
