Pro-Russian mercenaries use weapons prohibited by international law

The pro-Russian militants continue to use in the Donbass samples of weapons prohibited by the international law. According to the Intelligence Department of the Defence Ministry, the matter is about  engineering obstacles  with the use of anti-infantry mines that are installed on the Svetlodarsk Arch near Lugansk. According to the Ukrainian intelligence, the enemy continues to strengthen its position. The enemy increases the number of observation posts in the so-called "gray zone" and provokes military clashes with the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
