Leonid Kuchma, a former Ukrainian president and currently Kyiv's representative to the Trilateral Contact Group considers it necessary to hold a meeting of the leaders of the 'Normandy Four' (Ukraine, Germany, France, Russia).
He said that the question is fully mature for today, the meeting of the 'Normandy Four' is needed. In his opinion, the issues do not move ahead either at the level of the Minsk process (the Trilateral Contact Group), or at the level of the foreign ministers. "The leaders of these countries should gather and say in public whato we should expect," Kuchma told reporters.
