Iryna Gerashchenko announces data of death toll in Donbas

From the beginning of the year, 98 Ukrainian military were killed in the Donbas. These figures were voiced by First Deputy Speaker Iryna Gerashchenko. According to her, in a situation when it comes to attacks by illegal armed groups on both military and civilians, the implementation of the political bloc Minsk agreements can not be considered at all. First, provisions concerning security and humanitarian sphere should to be fulfilled, said Iryna Gerashchenko.
