This was stated by Ukrainian ombudsman Valeria Lutkovska. She noted that these are official figures, the actual number of prisoners can be much larger.
Valeria Lutkovska said that during the talks in Minsk, it became possible to make progress in this matter, and perhaps on july 5 a final list of hostages would be agreed upon for exchange. Ukraine agrees to option of "1 to 2", and "1 to 3", the ombudsman said.
