Deputy from the "Batkivshchyna" Vadym Ivchenko "with a fight" broke into the rostrum to declare the transfer of word to Igor Lutsenko. About 20 deputies from the "Petro Poroshenko Bloc" faction started a parliamentary day with blocking of the rostrum and the presidium of the Verkhovna Rada to prevent the opposition MPs from interfering into the work of the Parliament in order to make a blockade that was planned by them .
It was reported that opposition MPs blocked the rostrum and the presidium of parliament on October 5, opposing the adoption of a bill by the Parliament on the recognition of Russia as an aggressor in the wording of President Petro Poroshenko.
