This happened contrary to the Minsk agreements that provide for the ceasefire and withdrawal of weapons, Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk said during a joint press conference in Brussels with EU High Representative for Foreign Policy and Security Federico Mogherini and Commissioner Johannes Khan.
Head of Ukrainian Government stressed that the issue of sanctions is directly related to the full implementation by Moscow of Minsk agreements and is convinced that the EU will demonstrate the unity and sanctions will continue.
