'The present-day aggressive Russia is a threat to the U.S. and Ukraine.Russia invaded Ukraine and occupied a part of Donbas and Crimea. Crimea is Ukraine, and we are grateful to representatives of the next administration for firmly maintaining this stance,President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has said at a joint briefing with U.S. Vice-President Joseph Biden in Kyiv on January 16.
"This year marks three years since Russia has launched a real war against our country. It is a war, where 10,000 Ukrainians - civil and military have been killed", Poroshenko said. .According to him, over the past three days, the Ukrainian military were fired more than 250 times. Joseph Biden urged the international community to keep unity against the background of Russian aggression.
