Ukrzaliznytsia Board Chairman Wojciech Balczun has submitted resignation for personal reasons, Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman has said, opening a government meeting in Kyiv on August 9.
Polish top manager Wojciech Balchun had previously stated that he left the position of the chairman of the board of the Ukrainian Railways PJSC because of personal circumstances.
