The Cabinet of Ministers has approved a plan of measures for 2016-2017 to implement the Poverty Reduction Strategy.
The draft was discussed and approved by the relevant committee, said Minister of Social Policy Andriy Reva.
In addition, the Government has provided UAH 450 mln to the State Committee for Television and Radio broadcasting for holding the international song contest Eurovision 2017. This money is allocated from the reserve fund of the state budget on condition of a return.
During the meeting, Cabinet approved the provision of financial aid for civil servants to address the social and domestic issues.
